This gem of a dessert spot serves the best crêpes in town, hands down. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm, inviting atmosphere and the delightful aroma of fresh crêpes being made. I tried their signature 'Pistachio Crêpe Croustillant with a generous amount of fresh Mango topping & Passion Fruit Coulis, and wow, it was a perfect balance of flavors and textures. Au Pays du Sucre is a dessert dream! Every visit is a treat, but their crispy crêpe… oh my goodness, it’s absolutely magnificent! Perfectly golden, light, and crunchy on the outside, with a soft, flavorful inside — it’s a game-changer for crêpe lovers The café is cozy, the staff is super friendly, and the variety of desserts is impressive. Perfect spot for a sweet date, a treat with friends, or just to indulge yourself. Highly recommend stopping by — especially for that crispy crêpe!

This place is really nice! you’ll find Japanese-style crêpes filled with cheesecake, fresh fruit, and whipped cream — plus their crispy crêpe croustillante, which adds the perfect crunch. ((the chocolate one is pure heaven!) They also serve rich soft-serve, over-the-top sundaes, and a refreshing Yuzu lemonade. Just a short drive from Montreal, and 100% worth the detour!

This review was due couple weeks ago, when it was my first time trying out Au Pays du Sucre. I was very impressed by the employee’s professionalism, and kind service. They are very welcoming and their crepes are the best in town. I appreciate that the employees wear net mask to keep their workspace clean. Yesterday, I invited my friends, and everyone was happy about their experience. This place is the one to go for delicious desserts for me and my family. Thank you for your great service!

If you have a sweet tooth, you’ll absolutely love this place! We tried their crêpes japonaises, which are incredibly soft and served in a cone—a fun and practical way to enjoy them. I ordered the Crème Brûlée Strawberry Cheesecake crêpe, and it was amazing! The balance between the fresh berries, light chantilly, and rich crème brûlée flavor was perfect. I highly recommend it! My friend went for the Oreo and Brownie option, which came packed with generous pieces of brownie. She couldn’t stop raving about how delicious it was. Overall, a fantastic spot for indulgent desserts, definitely worth a visit!
